“We wanted a backyard oasis. We got that and more. From design to completion, Southeast Pools team members were professional, friendly, courteous and on time. If there was an issue, it was addressed promptly by the owner Jaime Martinez personally and directly. The weather did not cooperate, but Jaime communicated and kept us aware of the situation. When we changed our minds about a feature or wanted something added, Jaime was accommodating and gracious. The pool is cleaned every Monday at the same time regardless of the weather or other conditions. Gustavo does a great job without bothering us. Our pool is unique, affordable, comfortable and most of all FUN! We use it all the time. Thank you to Jaime & Southeast Pools. Please use them for all your swimming pool needs.”
