“We wanted a backyard oasis. We got that and more. From design to completion, Southeast Pools team members were professional, friendly, courteous and on time. If there was an issue, it was addressed promptly by the owner Jaime Martinez personally and directly. The weather did not cooperate, but Jaime communicated and kept us aware of the situation. When we changed our minds about a feature or wanted something added, Jaime was accommodating and gracious. The pool is cleaned every Monday at the same time regardless of the weather or other conditions. Gustavo does a great job without bothering us. “I have been using Southeast Pools for some time now and I am completely satisfied with all aspects of their weekly pool service. They come when they are supposed to come, or you promptly get an email with an explanation (this has only happened to me once). When they are done you get an email with picture giving you details of the service that was just performed. They are very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls and their billing comes via email and is easy to pay online. I would recommend Southeast Pools to anyone interested in weekly pool maintenance.
