The pool continues to look brand new.

We had our pool and spa built two summers ago knowing that we were going to have to search for a company to maintain both.
We were told that Southeast Pools was wonderful.  We contacted Jaime.  They came out, took pictures, measured and gave us a price on weekly maintenance. The pool continues to look brand new. They scrub the tiles every week, vacuum, add the required chemicals, and check the equipment. We have a Polaris system from our pool builder that we have never used because we know that Southeast Pools vacuums the floor and cleans the sides.  We are retired and know nothing about pools and wanted to make sure it was maintained perfectly, which Southeast Pool does for us. They come weekly, they are always on time, and we are always sure that our pool will maintain its sparkling, clear, brilliant look.  They communicated with us during the hurricane and during the freeze, to see that the pool pump was operating.  Every week after maintenance is completed the tech takes a picture and emails us a summary of what was done and also the type and amount of chemical that was added.  We are able to see how wonderful the pool looks when we are out of town, and we are confident that it will be impeccably maintained.
I have referred Southeast Pools  to my neighbors.   I highly recommend Southeast Pools, and give them more than a five stars and an A+++ rating.
